Plan sheets are a powerful way to market new homes and the communities that provide them. Potential homebuyers are able to research and compare elevations, floor plans, and available options making their decision just a little easier. Each plan sheet is designed with you, the client, in mind and coordinates specifically with other marketing pieces. It is important for all elements of a plan sheet to reflect the look and feel of the desired brand image. Many times the home is still under construction during purchase and plan sheets act as a memorable selling tool. Typical plan sheet sizes range from 8 1/2” x 11” to 11” x 17”, but custom sizes are available. They can be loose, folded, and even stitched with colors ranging from full to spot and even black and white.
